The test results do not really indicate water balance issues. However, the customer has recurring algae.
Set your pump timer to run for 12hrs/day on “Filter”.
Balance the pH to 7.4 – check & maintain weekly.
Ensure your free chlorine levels are at a minimum of 1-3ppm and maintain with Ultra-Chlor, Chlorine Feeder Floater or Pills 8’s (or adjust chlorinator).
Apply a dose of Sta Blue as an algae preventative.
Shock weekly –add Sudden Shock or Ultra-Chlor, ensuring that you follow the dosage instructions on the product label.
