Increases Total Alkalinity in pool water Ideal Total Alkalinity (TA) levels ensure pH balance, bather comfort, water balance and protects surfaces & equipment from premature aging.
Total alkalinity (TA) acts as a buffer to stabilise pH in swimming pool water. Low total alkalinity levels in pool water can cause the water to be corrosive and may also result in etching or staining of pool surfaces.
Ideal TA range:
• Plaster, concrete, tiled pools (80-125ppm)
• Fiberglass, vinyl, painted pools (125-150ppm)
Dosage: (use only as directed)
• Add 200 g Aqua Balance 1 per 10,000 L of pool water to raise the Total Alkalinity (TA) level by 10ppm.
• Regular testing at a Waterwell retailer will ensure that you receive accurate dosage advice to maintain correct water balance. Do not exceed dosage rates.
